I am feeling much more confident around food and I am finally enjoying eating proper meals instead of relying on my go to comfort foods. With gentle nudges and supportive emails, Varsha encouraged the whole group to have the confidence in ourselves to 'choose healthy and become healthy'. I learnt about the best foods for my digestion and for my Dosha. The 80/20 rule helped with my disordered eating and the journaling helped me create a healthier routine and structure. I have learnt through this course that the smallest change can make a big difference. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Ayurveda approach to life and with the knowledge and support from Varsha, I feel certain that I will continue to make positive steps in the right direction.
