Varsha is the author of Think Healthy Choose Healthy. She is a qualified and registered nutritionist, a senior yoga teacher, an ayurveda consultant, and a health educator. She is a recognised as an industry expert in holistic health. She has spent over a decade helping others achieve their health goals through her holistic and empowering approach that is unique to her skillset. Varsha founded her own health and wellness business, Illuminated Health, in 2012. She provides nutrition consultations and regularly runs health and well-being courses to help people achieve their health goals. Varsha lives in Greater London with her husband and two young children and is proud to be a working mom who runs her own business.
