    We will go in depth into mindfulness and how that applies to all aspects of eating. The act of eating is also about the actions you take before, during, and after your meals and snacks.

  • Preparing Food

    From meal planning to food prep, we will cover what you need to do to ensure that you eat cleaner and healthier. We will also cover the value of food journaling

  • Ayurvedic Nutrition

    Ayurveda has a lot of knowledge and experience to offer modern health. We will cover digestion and food as related to Ayurveda in a simplified way. This will be the most basic introduction to Ayurveda

  • Materials Included

    You will be provided with supplementary materials, such as the workbook, handouts as needed, and format for food journaling

  • Video lessons

    This course includes a combination of live and recorded lessons so that you can optimise your learning and implementation.

  • Stay Connected

    In between the live sessions, you will have access to videos, tips and guidance, homework, as well as messaging support directly with me

  • Will I get personalised guidance for my dosha?

    Yes. Although this is a group programme, you will get advise as to how to adapt the recommendations for your own needs. This course is not just about being told what to do, but also learning the knowledge and techniques to help you become self-sufficient and self-knowledgeable about your own needs.

  • Are recipes included?

    Yes, meal plans will include recipes. All other supporting materials will also be provided, such as snack ideas, list of sugars, etc.

  • I have both Diabetes and digestive health issues. Will this programme help me?

    Yes, this programme will help those with multiple health conditions. Including if you have hormonal imbalances. If you have a health condition that isn’t listed above, then please reach out prior to booking your place.

  • What kind of results can I expect to see?

    If you follow the step-by-step instructions and actively take part in the course, and depending on your goals, you may experience at least one of the following: increased energy levels, regular bowel movements, no indigestion, improved sleep, improved periods, better regulation of blood sugar levels, weight loss, and even reduction of HbA1C. Health is very individual so results do vary and this is largely based upon the actions that you take and the choices you make.
